It would appear that prices are still dropping in the Bellevue real estate market. My index property has gone down in value since May by $7,500. Here’s a great article that reminded me of this little tracking project (courtesy of my boss).

Don’t Litter… Except on Sundays

I went to New York earlier this week and noticed this very somewhat funny sign, which asks me not to litter between 8-8:30am, except on Sundays, when I can apparently litter all day without worry. Am I missing something?!
